vowed to take resolute measures against the Philippines should it continue to
challenge China's bottom line, with the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA)
announcing a combat exercise was conducted recently in the South China Sea.

Completes Deployment of Amphibious Brigade. Japan's Ground Self-Defense Force has completed
the deployment of all its amphibious operation units tasked with defending the

3. Ukraine Had
"No Involvement" in Moscow Concert Hall Attack: White House. Ukraine had "no involvement
whatsoever" in the massacre in a Moscow concert hall that killed more than
130 people, the White House said, after Russian President Vladimir Putin
suggested a Kyiv connection.

Rocked by Multiple Explosions amid Russian Airstrikes, Poland Says its Airspace
Breached. Ukraine was hit by a wave of explosions
morning as Russia launched the third attack in four days while Poland's foreign
ministry said its airspace has been breached overnight and it would demand an
explanation from Moscow over the matter.

Islamic Emirate, in response to a New York Times report on the threat of
Daesh’s Khorasan branch attacking the embassies of China, India, and Iran in

Islamic Emirate.

20 Years, Lavrov Says. Russian
Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, following a deadly attack at a concert near
Moscow, stated that the United States did not combat terrorism during its

Humanitarian Aid for Gaza.
German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock is travelling to the Middle East
because not enough help is getting to Gaza and the Israeli government must open

11. CENTCOM Reports Houthi Attack on Chinese Oil Tanker.
The
Central Command of the United States has announced that Yemen’s Houthis have
attacked the Chinese oil tanker “Huawei” in the Red Sea with four anti-ship
ballistic missiles.

Ishaq Dar.
Pakistan's Foreign Minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar has revealed Pakistan’s
intention to carefully contemplate the resumption of trade relations with
India, which have been inactive since August 2019, media reports said.
17. PM Sharif Hands Over Charge of Pakistan’s Top
Economic Committee to Finance Minister. A day after appointing himself chair of the country’s top economic
committee, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Saturday reshuffled it by handing
back the committee’s charge to Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb, a
