1.       Russia Blocks Renewal of North Korea Sanctions Monitors. Russia vetoed the annual renewal of a panel of experts monitoring enforcement of longstanding United Nations sanctions against North Korea over its nuclear weapons and ballistic missile programs.

2.       Japan Reinforces Air Defense with F-35 Jets Amidst Global Uncertainty. Japan has bolstered its air defense capabilities by adding the American-made F-35 fighter jets to its military arsenal. 4.       Russia Expresses Concern over Armenia-US-EU Meeting.  Russia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs is concerned about the Armenia-US-EU meeting, Azernews reported, citing the spokesperson of Russia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), Maria Zakharova, on the telegram channel.

5.       Delhi Chief Minister Kejriwal's Custody Extended Until 1 April in Graft Case. An Indian court extended the custody of opposition leader and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal until 1 April in a graft case related to the national capital territory's liquor policy, local media said.

6.       Chinese Military Slams US for Recognising Arunachal Pradesh as Part of India. The Chinese military criticised the US for its assertion that Arunachal Pradesh is part of India, stating that India and China have mature mechanisms, communication channels, ability and willingness to properly handle the border issue through dialogue and consultations.

13.      Pakistan’s Economic Growth Weakens in Second Quarter. The country’ Gross Domestic Product (GDP) is estimated to have posted a growth of one percent in the 2nd quarter of current fiscal year 2023-24 (FY24) compared to the revised 2.50 percent in the 1st quarter and 2.20 percent in 2nd quarter of last fiscal year 2022-23.
