1.       China Launches New Remote Sensing Satellite. The satellite will provide commercial remote sensing data services for emerging scenarios such as digital agriculture, urban information modeling and live 3D, as well as traditional fields including land surveying and mapping, disaster prevention and mitigation, and maritime monitoring.

2.       US, Japan to Deepen Partnership Following Defense Cooperation Plan. The U.S.-Japan defense cooperation plan will pave the way for the two countries to deepen their partnership and uphold the international order, political pundit Joel Fukuzawa said.

3.       Russia Restoring Oil Refining Capacity Knocked Out by Drones. Russia has been able to swiftly repair some of key oil refineries hit by Ukrainian drones, reducing capacity idled by the attacks to about 10% from almost 14% at the end of March, Reuters calculations showed.

4.       Ukraine Strikes Russian Command Post in Crimea. Ukraine’s defense forces have hit a Russian command post with high-ranking Russian officers in Russian-occupied Crimea, intelligence sources told Kyiv Post.

5.       Court Extends CM Arvind Kejriwal’s Judicial Custody Until 23 April. A Delhi Court on Monday extended the judicial custody of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal till 23 April in the money laundering case connected to the now-scrapped liquor policy.

6.       Royal Australian Navy Delegation Visits Western Naval Command Headquarters in Mumbai. The delegation engaged in discussions with Vice Admiral Sanjay J Singh, AVSM, NM, Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Western Naval Command, covering topics of mutual interest and interoperability between the two Navies.

7.       India Forces, IIOJK Police Held Eight More Youth Under PSA in Baramulla. Indian forces in league with Kashmir Police on Monday arrsted eight more Kashmiri youth under Public Safety Act (PSA) in Baramulla district and shited them to Central Jail Kot Bilwal Jammu and District Jail Udhampur.

8.       Iran’s exports to Afghanistan Reach $1.8 Billion with 13% Increase. Iran’s commercial attaché in Afghanistan stated, “The value of Iran’s non-oil exports to Afghanistan increased by $224 million in the past twelve months and by 963,000 tons in weight, reaching a total value of $1.871 billion in the year 1402 and a weight of 3,414 tons, showing a 28% increase in weight compared to the previous year.”

9.       Gaza Officials Say Israel Released 150 Detainees. Gaza’s crossings authority said Israel released around 150 detainees from the Palestinian territory, alleging that they had been mistreated in detention.

10.      Israel Will Receive 'Reciprocal, Extensive' Response If Continues Adventurism: Iran Foreign Minister.  In a phone conversation with his German counterpart Annalena Baerbock, Iranian FM Amir-Abdollahian said Iran seeks to give a warning to Israel about the repercussions of crossing the red lines.

11.      CTD Completes Geotagging of More than 19,000 Schools Across Punjab. According to CTD authorities, the province's watch list now includes the names of almost 9,000 potential terrorists.

12.      Saudi FM Arrives in Pakistan to Enhance Bilateral Economic Cooperation. After Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s recent meeting in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh sent a high-level delegation led by Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah on a two-day official visit to boost bilateral cooperation and economic partnership.

13.      Naqvi Suspects Indian Involvement in Amir Tamba Attack. Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has said that there are suspicions of Indian involvement in the recent attack on Amir Tamba, a suspect linked to the murder of Indian prisoner Sarabjit Singh in Kot Lakhpat jail back in 2013.
