Researchers in China are crafting a smart air combat system that clarifies its decision-making process in battles, addressing the ‘black box’ problem that challenges both US and Chinese militaries in the AI arms race.

2.       Seoul is Verifying Information about the Possible Supply of Ammunition from North Korea to Russia. South Korea's intelligence is verifying information about the possible transfer by Pyongyang to Moscow of 122mm artillery shells manufactured in the 1970s for rocket launchers to be used by Russia in the war against Ukraine.
